Speaking of value added products we have a conference right in our immediate area this Friday 2/5 at the FDR Library in Hyde Park. The details and link are listed on the events page so check it out. This is a great opportunity to meet the important people from Ag & Mkts and hear from some local farmers who do value added products (I will be doing a talk on goat dairy in the afternoon).
