Food & Medicine Permaculture Course this weekend!

Howdy All!

There's a few spots left for this weekend's Food & Medicine course with Dina Falconi. It's the final session of our ongoing Forest Garden Immersion Series at Camp Epworth in High Falls.

We'll spend time exploring and harvesting from the 1, 2, and 4-year old forest gardens at Camp Epworth, as well as Dina Falconi's incredible 12-year old forest garden with 100+ species of medicinal herbs. With the plants we gather from the garden, we'll be cooking nutrient-dense meals and preparing simple herbal medicines.
