Cheryl - thanks for pointing that point out - for all the hard work farmers markets involve it and the community building they accomplish it's a shame someone from Adam's would be blogging such negative comments. Maybe Greg should visit again and introduce himself this time so we can assist him in getting correct information clearly displayed for pricing on the market stands.

According to Greg's profile, he is affiliated with Adam's Fairacre Farms which may explain his negative attitude towards farmers' markets.
I happen to be affiliated with farmers' markets but I don't feel the need to be negative about Adam's.

Greg Draiss should probably try to come back to the market to check his pricing records. Philmont Farmers Market has some of the most affordable prices in Columbia County with some of the farmers offering a 10% discount to Philmont residents, and he should check out the cheese prices, and I think he must have got the decimal point wrong in his reading of prices for Swiss Chard. He also doesn't mention weight for the cucumbers or zucchini - so his comments don't hold.

why so negative?
