Meghan has given me permission to use this space to post about a stove and hood I need to sell (thank you Meghan!).
I am reaching out to all you foodies to get some help rehoming a massive (60") Garland range and (72") hood that is in a home my parents have purchased. We are introducing them to the local food movement, and teaching them some new tricks, but still they will never need something of this scale - it is a full commercial set-up. The range has 6 burners, and a griddle/broiler, and 2 full size ovens. It is all stainless, with cast iron burners, and is in excellent condition. My parents are asking $3500. There is also a stainless hood ($2000) and an exterior fan ($1000) - or you can have it all for $6000. If you don't have interest yourself, please help me spread the word. Thanks - and cheers!
