We have whole , half, and quarter shares avialable on beef.

We have whole and half shares available on Pork.

Or you can come and purchase by the individual cut if you don't have room to store large amounts of meat.

Cornishes, poussins, chicken and turkey available by the package or case lots.

We also have smoked meats - kielbasa rings, canadian bacon, pork belly, kabanosa, kielbasa links, pork shoulder, franks and much more.

We have sweet Italian, Hot Italian and Chorizo sausages.

CSA application deadline is May 15.
