I have been so busy with projects around the house, tending to the lawn and gardens (all that spring clean-up that comes with a new piece of property) that I only have time to dream about what I'll be cooking up when the fruits and vegetables start to mature.

In the meantime strawberries have been on my mind.  Looking forward to putting by some of my very favorite jam, Sherried Strawberry.
