Profession: I am a Naturopathic Doctor with a private practice & natural apothecary called Dr. Tom's Tonics in Rhinebeck, NY. I strongly believe that our environment, toxins, and emotions affect our health & wellbeing and that detoxification and mindfullness can offer real solutions.

Why did you join HVFN?: I was born and raised in Southern Columbia county and still have farmland in Clermont. I want to keep myself informed of the community and farming practices and to potentially start a CSA.

Interests: Natural Health, Organic & Biodynamic Farming, Outdoors, Travelling, Tennis, Holotropic Breathwork
