Thanks Cathy! you made it taste amazing! We will have beef in January if anyone is interested in doing a split/share after the new year. I'd be happy to show anyone around the farm and give out samples too.

Any info on how the pigs are raised Meghan? Are they outside on grass? Are they able to form "social groups" with other pigs?

Sadly I won't be able to come but I'm fascinated...I know when dried they are wonderful for livestock but how does one prepare nettles for eating?
