Sunday, October 11, 7pm, at Veritas Farms, 32 Rousner Lane, New Paltz, NY. 845-384-6888. NYC Chef Ryan Orkus will prepare an amazing 4 course dinner, featuring 90% Veritas Farms grown/raised food. Heirloom Tomato Soup, Composed Salad, Pasture Raised Duck with Fall Vegetables, and, for dessert, Winter Squash Bread Pudding. Dinner will be served in the greenhouse.
