I am a great cook and favor organic foods. There is an exchange that is important between chefs when you are looking to expand knowledge.
I am in Mexico now and using local produce like chille pablanos. I learned about roasting them on the gas stove to remove the skin on the internet.
I also am always looking for healthy vegetarian meals although I am not a vegetarian exclusively.
Tourists who visit the museum and Woodstock Chamber Booth are always asking for restaurant information as well. Resturants who offer discounts may supply me with their coupons or printed information.
Interests
Gardening, reading, swimming, Spanish lessons, gourmet cooking, and all forms of multimedia art.
