Hi Shelley, I teach "Start & Run a Home Based Food Business" through several regional SUNY colleges and Ulster County BOCES. Most are an all-day Saturday class. The next one is through SUNY Orange on Oct 30 in Newburgh (class code N9437). I don't know if there are any spots left, you'll need to call them.
