Hi Maxine! Thank you for writing. We have just started the Hudson Valley Baking Society and we would love for you to join us. We are open to anyone and everyone who likes, loves, is interested in, or wants to learn more about Baking & Pastry. Our meetings are held at Ulster Boces in Port Ewen as it's a central location and there is an industrial kitchen we can use. We have started a facebook page as well and I encourage you to "friend" us. We have several topics of interest groups, as well as upcoming meetings and learning sessions.
