fried green tomatoes
I just slice the green tomatoes, dredge in flour, season with salt and pepper and fry in butter or margarine. The trick is after they are browned on one side and you flip them, sprinkle the browned side with a little sugar. I put a slice on my son's burger the other day and he said, "what tastes like apple on this burger." Yummy!See More
