Profile Information

Profession
Farmer, yeah the glorious job of handling thousands of chickens each year. Not bad though, since we are the ONLY USDA Certified Organic producer in the town of Stanford, and one of only two in the county of Dutchess.
Organization
NOFA NY, Certified Naturally Grown, Hudson Valley Real Food
Website
http://www.grayhorsefarm.org
Why did you join HVFN?
To educate people about the importance of organic farming and the causes we stand for, to make even the smallest difference in the way food is raised.
Interests
Education of people who may still be on the fence about the real truths behind Government lies in food safety and control. Big box industries will not win the food war, smaller is better, safer and more economical.
