- Student @ Roanoke College, majoring in environmental science, looking at going into the field of agroecology. I have interned with RVGA and CCAN (chesapeak climate action network, in maryland and virginina). On campus I am the Garden manager of our newly created vegetable garden (!!) and the Co-coordinator of the recycling program.
- Why did you join HVFN?
- To stay in touch with all things related to local foods and being self sufficient. to network with awesome people in the north east:)

Plus we will be restaurant of the week again on Cumulus/WPDH in April. You can get a $50 gift card for $25. If you are into beer or wine,those dinners are an incredible value as awell. They are priced way below our ala carte menu. On a positive note we are the best value of any restaurant in the Hudson Valley with a similar Zagat rating. Please say hello when you stop in.
