Julia Sforza said… Your place sounds amazing! I wish I was a little bit closer, but I'll have to make the trek one day. So many people are getting into canning, it's really amazing. It's such a great feeling to open a jar of something you picked/made in the summer. I'm already planning on a class, but there is room for more. And there are a lot of qualified, interested people too. Let's keep in touch, so that more people feel good about preserving the summer's bounty!
