Session 1-Yoga of Food, offered on Oct 23rd
Learn gentle and effective ways to find balance, health, and vitality through what you eat. we will utilize Ayurvedic guidelines to recognize our individual body type. We will then discuss the energetics of a variety of foods and how your body type responds to each of them. Together we will prepare a delicious, multi-course meal that accommodates season and body type.
