Comment by Jessica M Berardi on June 5, 2011 at 6:41pm Anna, the meat is all cut, and packaged ready for freezing. so there is no need to take it anywhere for further breaking down. It is a closed farm so the meat is born, raised, and harvested all on the farm there :)
if you want an 1/8 and can find someone else to get an addition 1/8th (to equal a 1/4 share) then we can get another

Jessica, i have another question... is the meat prepared in different cuts when i get it, or would each portion be whole and need to be taken to a butcher?
