Virginia is right! I'm organizing a group pig purchase.

I have one organic farmer who is processing soon and several folks interested (I have a list! Don't worry if you've already contacted me.) Still trying to get the details on pricing, pounds and cuts.

If we get enough folks, we might even buy two pigs, who knows!

I'm loving the pork share as well. The sausages are great especially the hot italian. I made pulled pork with the pork butt and it was phenomenal. I basically used this recipe with Guinness. WOW! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/dave-lieberman/beer-braised-bbq-...
