Another wonderful quality producer of grass fed, pasured beef is Brykill Farms; www.brykillfarms.com  I had the opportunity to use some of the ground beef, which I made into Beef Sliders to serve with a spicey tomato/ginger Jam.  It was part of a tasting menu at WaterStreet  Market event in August sponsored by Edible Hudson Valleymagazine.    We got such great feedback on the depth of flavor, juicyness and wonderful mouth feel.

Does sliders sound so good...We are using Brykill Farms ground beef in our Cottage Pie - onions, beef stock, guinness and a topping of mashed potatoes and cabot cheddar
Hi Agnes,
I do love Fall foods...that sounds wonderful , comfort food in a bowl!
Yum! Thank you Agnes! I'm going to have to come by and try some...its totally an honor to have our beef at The Village Tea Room and Bakery.
Thanks Cathy! you made it taste amazing! We will have beef in January if anyone is interested in doing a split/share after the new year. I'd be happy to show anyone around the farm and give out samples too.
