Learning about wild edibles

Hello everybody!

Hi Meghan,

Just found this discussion and thought I'd join in. As you know I've been foraging wild edible and medicinal plants for quite awhile. Please keep me posted as to your plans to organize a group outing.

Some of the contributors here live a little too far north (Hudson and Catskill) for me to lead tours regularly, but a once or twice a season foraging trip, maybe somewhere between us, is certainly likely.

Benoit, we met at your store's Health Fair in Ellenville and briefly spoke about this very subject. Please keep me in mind when you're ready to host a foraging class.
