Does anyone have any more tomatoes left? Remember that you can freeze tomatoes very easily, whole and with the skin on. (If you have freezer room, that is.) Freeze them on a tray and once frozen, pop them in a ziploc bag. You can grab one or all when you need them.  The skin will come right off if you run them under warm water.

You can also pull your plants, with green tomatoes still on them, and hang them upside down in a dry place (a garage or barn) and the tomatoes will slowly ripen. How do you ripen your green tomatoes?

Sometimes I don't want them to ripen, in the case of making some green tomato pickles or preserves. (I'll post the recipes once I pick which ones I'm using!)
