Hey Canners and Jammers-
Get in touch with HVFN member Jen Clapp about a strawberry jam class coming up this Sunday in Beacon!
The following weekend of June 10-11-12 there is a great food preservation class at Omega taught by Audra Wolfe of the great preserving blog, Doris and Jilly Cook.
And I should be doing a canning class in July in Ulster Park.
