The Hudson Valley Green Festival!

This fall, Terrapin Restaurant and Catering and Omega Institute are planning to bring together our community of local green businesses and organizations, community leaders and educators, farmers, musicians, chefs and more at the Hudson Valley Green Festival- a fun, one day, family friendly event to celebrate sustainable community. While attendees enjoy local, healthy food and drink, live music, sustainable cooking and gardening demonstrations, speakers, and family activities, they will be able to learn about the resources available to them to take steps in becoming part of a more sustainable Hudson Valley. The event will take place Mid-September in Red Hook, NY.
