Skillshare in January
Hudson Valley Food Network is organizing a skillshare in January at Hodgson Farm and Garden Center in Walden. Aside from offering workshops, we would also like to explore setting up a swap meet, where people can trade jam or share sourdough cultures.
What is a skillshare?
It's a day of learning, where folks offer their expertise in everything from cheesemaking to mushroom propagation to lactofermentation.
