Seeking local foods for upcooming Celebration of the Arts Festival!
I am a local professional Natural Foods Chef looking for "small" donations of local food ingredients;
produce, fruits, cheese, eggs, poultry, breads, grains, etc. I am working in conjunction with "the Celebration of the Arts" festival at the Waterstreet Market in New Paltz.
Our last two events are being held on Saturday August 21st and Saturday September 18th with free Music, Art and "Seasonal Bites", created by A Natural Chef with the best seasonal & local ingredients. If you are looking for some free advertising for your products please contact me or call directly @ 845-258-0136 and I can explain further.
In the past we have had donations from: Taliaferro Farms, Much Mor Breads, Jill's Kitchen, Meadow View Farm, Brookside Farm and Dancing meadow Farm.
Our July 17th event menu included:
Sesame-Ginger Slaw with Chicken
Peachy-tomato basil dressing w/seasonal field greens
Chilled raspberry-cantaloupe soup w/mint cream

Dear Cathy,
Are you interested in using any beef? I am just too busy to be involved in as many of these kind of "showcases" as I would like to, but we have a very unique, gourmet product that I know people would be happy to be introduced to.

The tasting menu consisted of:

Grass Fed Beef Sliders with Spicey Tomato/Ginger Jam!
We had such a great response!
We will be having another event on September 18th at the Waterstreet Market in New Paltz, any local producers, growers, farmers who would like to get some exposure/advertising please contact me. I would love to highlight your products in this unique event.
