Looking for fresh summer recipes

Hi all-

My name is Bridget Schultz and I’m an editorial assistant with Hudson Valley Life magazine. I could use some help. I was looking for some quotes for an article I’m writing entitled “Mid-Summer Bounty.” This is a piece on local farms and farmer markets that are providing the Hudson Valley with great fresh and healthy products. I'm looking for any seasonal eating advice for those who are shopping for local food products. We are also looking for any favorite summer meal recipes. Please let me know if you have any tips in either category. It yould be a big help, thanks!

Hi Bridget,
I was writing a monthly column for the Deleware and Hudson Canvas entitled: Cooking with A Natural Chef, educating readers about health issues and how to use food to better their health and address diet related concerns. i always included local resources; farmers, small producers, etc and a recipe in my column.
Unfortunatley, The Canvas is no longer in existence. I would be happy to talk with you about how I might support you in this.
