A message from Agnes of the Village Tea Room in New Paltz: any farmers out there want to pick up our food scraps for your chickens or pigs? We've been saving our kitchen scraps for two years now and our farmers can't pick up anymore...we have about 10 gallons a day...it's hard to throw it in the garbage now
