Hi Meghan,

This is Adam Weiss from Pike LAne Gardens in Woodstock. I have been doing some serious picking of my Sea Scape strawberries. That strawberry gelato sounds amazing. Do you have a recipe for that?? Would love to experiment with it. Congratulations on the growth of the Hudson Valley food network!

Here's the strawberry gelato recipe. Ignore the part about freezing for four hours and just put it in the ice cream maker. Also, I used lime instead of lemon, because that's what I had on hand. It was delicious!
