Event Description
A series of workshops on wine and food with The Valley Table contributing editor Steven Kolpan and colleague Michael Weiss—both instructors at the Culinary Institute of America and co-authors of the easy-to-imbibe Wine Wise.
Each will lead a wine seminar with food tasting at the scenic Millbrook Vineyard. Enjoy tasting of Millbrook’s best along with wines from Mendocino, California; Burgundy, France; Navarra, Spain; and Veneto, Italy each paired with a grilled dish.
