This event gathers talented experts, who are members of the Hudson Valley Food Network for an afternoon of learning all about local food topics. Admission is $5.

Mark's sausage demo was very informative and well done. Hoping to see more seminars like that at future events

Hi Meghan - Charles and I would like to attend the Chicken  Rearing and Susage Making workshops. We could also bring some info about Movable Beast for the Information Table. I hope it's not too late! Francesca
