Darlene Price, Senior Extension Resource Educator for Nutrition will be conducting a series of hands-on workshops in our state-of-the-art Nutrition Center.
Learn how easy it is to make your own jams and jellies in season, how to preserve garden-fresh veggies, and discover how easy it is to can tomatoes and zesty salsa.
You’ll learn the latest water bath, freezing and pressure canning techniques.
Recipes, samples and hands-on experience make these classes fun and popular!
Register early to reserve your place. Cost: $20 per person, per workshop (or all three classes for $50 per person).
