Captain Lawrence on Cask!

Scott Vaccaro will be on hand to answer all you burning brewing questions, as well as Farmer John DeMaria of Hemlock Hill Farm, who's cattle feed exclusively on Captain Lawrence spent grain before making their way to the Birdsall House kitchen.

We will also be featuring two exclusive CL gravity casks: Kolsch & Freshchester(dry hopped with Cascade hops)as well as the full CL line up, including a couple of new draught additions.

Our food menu will feature suggested pairings as well as beer flights paired with cheese and charcuterie plates.
