We're not waiting until dessert to put chocolate on the menu this time!
Terrapin announces our first ever Beer & Chocolate dinner, inspired by visions of mankind’s two most historically significant, enchantingly edible creations; rich artisanal chocolates and finely crafted beer.
The four course chocolaty menu: seared scallop with brown-butter chocolate sauce; plantain tartlet with chocolate cherry compote; beer braised short rib in a smoked chile, chocolate and joe mama's stout sauce; chocolate-hazelnut sandwich with peanut-butter-barleywine ice cream. Each course is paired with flights of complementary limited release beers.
