Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries Gallery at 199 Main St. in Beacon will hold a free public reception for photographer Eric Lind on Sat, March 12, 5-7pm, the opening for his exhibit "Revealed: Hidden Lives of the River." Lind, a Beacon resident and Director of Constitution Marsh Audubon Center & Sanctuary in Garrison, NY, developed his collection to bring to light some of our region's lesser-known and inconspicuous wild residents.
