Event Description

Garden writer and former Cornell University fruit scientist Lee Reich will be holding a workshop on GROWING BACKYARD BERRIES at his garden in New Paltz. This workshop will offer tastings and will cover everything you need to know – soil preparation, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and, or course, harvesting -- to be on your way to picking your own blueberries, strawberries, currants, raspberries, juneberries, gooseberries, and blackberries.
